Beating the weather odds

I met this lovely family of 4 and their 2 pooches for some family portraits before these sisters head back to college. We dodged multiple rain cells, major humidity, and busy schedules to get this session in and mission accomplished! I had to get a bunch of their sweet old dog Buddy who although long in years, was young at heart. Great to meet you all. Have a great year at college! Extra hugs to Buddy!

One year old!

Met this beautiful family at the playground for Baby B's one year birthday pics. He was so curious and taking in all the distractions (airplanes, soccer players, big kids playing), that I barely got any smiles out of him despite a great effort by his parents. BUT when he did smile, it was with flailing arms and excited noises....perfect one year oldness!! Here are a few highlights of our afternoon.

A beautiful morning with great friends

I spent the morning with a very good friend from college and her lovely family. As I was taking these pics I kept thinking how is it that we have kids this age already! Craziness. How quickly the years pass.

Fun with a Family of Four

3 year olds are hilarious. Non-stop talkers and so excited about every little thing. Big brother S was so full of energy while little sister E was a little more subdued but perfectly adorable with her chubby thighs and little tongue poking out.

Something a little different
